Do I need to pay to post something?

No, this platform is free for everybody. You can upgrade to a premium plan to have 10 images for each post instead of 4, have the your posts showing first in the results, and have the option to archive your posts, which means that your posts arent showing in the search results, but you still see it in your dashboard and can unarchive them whenever you want so you don't have to create your posts again.See full details here

In which category should I post?

There are 6 categories, most of them are self-explanatory, but here's the difference between a service and an item: An item is a physical item that have right now and you're selling once or maybe have many of them, while a service is usually a skill that you're offering or a physical item that will be produced. Your offering can be in both categories in rare cases so you can post it in both but if we see that you're abusing the system by duplicating posts in many categories unecessarly, we'll clsoe your account wihtout any warning, so please be mindful

How long before my post is live?

Your post will be live 15min after your submitting it. If your post is not live after 1 hour,get in touch with us

Events: Events are deleted at midnight on the day the event ends. If this is a recurring event that is happening on the same time and same day every week, be sure to check the appropriate box in the form and your event with be rescheduled every week at the same time till you delete it.

You can't post the same thing many times.

You can't post anything that is prohibited by Guatemalan laws.

There will not be any warning, if these guidelines are not respected, the person will be banned for life. Again, this project is not profit based and we don't have ressources to police the people who don't want to respect the guidelines. Feel free to contact us if you see something that sould be removed.

Try to be as descriptive and give as much info as possible to be as efficient as possible and minimize communication

If you need more space than provided for the full description of your item, you can put a link to your website or add additional info as an image with your item, a good example would be for a restaurant to add an images that have the whole menu or the full shcedule of your business.

Archiving your items allows you to keep your items in your profile as it is, but it hides it from the public until you unarchive it, so you don't have to delete your items and create them again if you want to remove it temporarly. The ability to archive your items is only available on the premium plan and it's also important to note that an item will be automatically deleted after 1 year of being archived to make some space in the database.
